Cliffs for people who can't sit through a 4 min video:

    • Says that Khamzat uses the left to distract Meerschaert to set up the "southpaw killer" right.
    • Khamzat subtly dropped the right had to misdirect Meerschaert into thinking that it was going low before he threw high.
    • Teddy says that Khamzat has a good fight IQ, and that it's not just power.
    • Compliments Khamat on his technique.
      • Threw his back into the punch.
      • Pivoted on his right foot.
      • Kept good balance and avoided falling forward to be out of position and susceptible to a counter.

On a side note, Teddy is low key doing one of the better MMA shows on YouTube. He talks about the UFC as much as he does boxing these days.

Obviously, his knowledge of the fighters and the ground game is limited, but he's got great insight on striking technique.

Here's a video of him and his co-host is doing a fight companion for Adesanya vs. Kelvin:

Love watching teddy talk about mma because he genuinely seems like he’s interested in learning the sport.

Went to high school with Teddy.
Nice guy. Was always talking and was always shadowboxing no matter what was happening.

Remember one time he showed the whole class how to throw a proper jab.

If Francis is taking it serious, the heavyweight division is fucked
