weight: around 185 to 190. I'll have to check for that.
Lifting experience: Almost none until now. I have started lifting for about 5 or 6 months and have wasted my first 2 or 3 months with useless upperbody isolation exercises with no lower body workout nor ab workouts.
Description: weak as hell.

My goal is strength and power for the most part.

Decent workout. Squat has been slowly, but surely progressing. Only bright spot of my lifting time in recent events.
 
Due to lifting in the morning time and eating so little, my workout blew ass.
