    Name: Ted P
    Age:17
    Height:6 feet 2 inches
weight: around 185 to 190. I'll have to check for that.
Lifting experience: Almost none until now. I have started lifting for about 5 or 6 months and have wasted my first 2 or 3 months with useless upperbody isolation exercises with no lower body workout nor ab workouts.
    Description: weak as hell.

My goal is strength and power for the most part.

Damn since I have done been doing near maximal and maximal Bench pressing, my other lifts have been suffering shitlessly.

Or I have just reached my plateau which I highly doubt.
