I don't see the problem. The military needs to be practical and play to the strengths of the recruits. It's not like men all get the same job either. If a girl is able so be it, but not being able to isn't a reason for the current state of discrimination.
Maybe things have changed since I was a SEAL, but last I checked everyone that joins has to pass certain physical requirements. That's before you get sorted out and put into a position that plays to your strengths. If women can't pass the SAME--not separate but equal, but exactly the same--physical requirements, they shouldn't be there.
