Thats the problem with my squat - its never consistent :mad:

I'll just do the best I can, and if worse comes to worse, I will just lie and say I made it to 315, and fake a video somehow :D

I really need to bring out my chains again but i workout in a shit gym and it'd be a pain in the ass brining damn near 60lbs of chain to the mall
 
Today was my heavy squat day, but I forgot my video-cam for form check's :/

Anyways, for the squatting part of the work out I went

135 x 5
145 x 5
155 x 5
165 x 5
175 x 5

Felt good, had preety good form through the first 3 reps for all the sets, but a little bit of GM out of the hole for the final reps on the heavier sets. And I've definetely decided to stay with the High-bar/Close Stance Oly Squat instead of the PL Squat - it just feels more natural to me, and seems to be better on my lowerback for some reason (Which contradicts reason, seeing as how Rippetoe explained the "Torque-Arm" thing in S.S)

Anyways, was happy with the squats all-in-all seeing as how Im hung-over, and just started some new RX Med's, which often can have an effect on energy level.

Weight Training: Squat Day

Thought i would give a test of where i stand according to my max ATG which is what i am basis my contest weight on. First attempt at 355 had a slight form issue at the bottom and couldn't get a good drive out of the hole. The 365 attempt felt solid but i think i had too much volume up to it as i couldn't drive past my sticking point.

I'm not sure if we are able to add another member or every other team would need to add one aswell, we could use a mascot though... and teh misses has fuzzy... eyebrows at least :icon_chee
