With all that talk of Randy=Fedor fight, though I never was sure why because it was pretty clear who was a better fighter by a huge amount, two guys from Team Quest fought Fedor, winning one and losing one.
As Sonnen is also from Team Quest back in the day, I wouldn't really be surprised with all the shit talk Sonnen had for Fedor, Sonnen is aware how good Fedor is.
It would be wierd if he didn't, considering how much respect Randy, Hendo and Lindland showed towards Fedor, and how much respect Sonnen in turn has for those guys...For me, Fedor's Judo credentials is better than Chael's wrestling credentials. Fedor's heart is incomparably bigger than Chael's will ever be, who is a cheater, felon, snitch and who taps to strikes, as are the respect and love Fedor gets from the MMA community, as well as his striking skills and power compared to Chael.
However, it looks like Fedor's chin is literally not there anymore. Fedor in his entire career has never been wrestle fucked, only way you'd think Chael has a chance in this fight. Someone might bring up Arona, but Arona is top heavy BJJ guy, and I think Fedor swept him from mount like two to three times and Fedor was just going for subs and no single fuck was given about positioning, from what I could recall, also in different rule sets.
Fedor to be honest have been looking like a garbage in his training vids when he's grappling, that judo throw notwithstanding, so I guess you never know what could happen but I am mostly worried about the greatest tragedy of all tragedy in the history of MMA happening where someone like Chael Sonnen, who in my opinion doesn't even belong in the same arena with Fedor, knocks out Fedor cold....As pillow fisted as Chael Sonnen is, Fedor's chin looks like it's just read to be cracked wide open from a mere finger taps.
