The way Trump carry's himself honestly is okay and his positions are not. It is not ok to be fiscally conservative, MMT basically means it's basically hurting people for no reason. It is not okay to oppose single payer and it is not okay to be a climate denier. It is okay to not be professional and the people who say they are for these disgusiting policies but are opposed due to some vague principle of manners are exactly backwards.

The country is moving left because it was so far right prior to that. Bernie's positions on economics used to be the consensus until Ronald Reagan and his ilk took. People are going more left because they realize that leftist policies built this country and conservative ones destroyed it. This is why when people ask "socialism's never worked" the answer needs to be "it has in this one, show some fucking respect for what built the world you live in".

Yes the teacher did have a point. Should have provided a bullet list, with video supplementation, of the lies Trump tells and all the terrible things he has said and done and then given her the choice on still doing the project or not.
