"Have never asked to fight anyone before, but would love this match if it happened. Shogun is coming off 2 straight losses, the last being Alexander Gustafsson - my sole loss in the UFC. I'm now 5 and 1 in the UFC and Shogun needs a rebound (me) to get him back to contention. I approached my last fight ready to lose against Ryan Jimmo and will not be doing this again. Opinion's are free so share if you can"

I like this idea and said in a thread about what was next for him after the last event. Give him a step up, why the hell not? Should be fan friendly.
 
shogun might actually lose that fight, and that would be a bit sad.

Would be a fun fight but I think Shogun is just a bit too good for Te Huna. I dont think he's quite there yet after beating Jimmo.

Shogun vs Rogerio is the fight.

Would probably be a great fight.

Hopefully Shogun realizes that when a bunch of people start calling you out it's time to switch something up and makes some adjustments.
 
Sounds like the time when every MW coming off a victory was calling out Wand to get to Anderson.

Pretty cool if you ask me since most of the up n comers are definitely fans of those glory days.

Haha he corrected himself in his next post
"My bad, one win one loss he's coming off. A win against Brandon Vera who I was originally meant to fight before being moved to fight Shogun and a loss against Gustafsson (my sole loss in the UFC)"



Anyway i hope this fight happens. Te huna has a good chance
 
Everyone wants a piece of Shogun.

Bader(will be facing Glover though), Rashad, and now Te Huna has asked for him.

Because Shogun is a big name due his legacy in Pride and now he's not doing well, and having a win over shogun will really boost up your prestige and will get you bigger fights
 
Te Huna needs one fight before he fights Shogun, after that he needs a top 5 guy
