Takedowns should be only allowed every other round

Something has to be done after the almost shameful Brock & DC ground assault at 200. I propose that takedowns are outlawed in Rd 1, Rd 3 and Rd 5. In rounds 2 (and round 4 in 5 round fights) they will be permitted.

Think of the excitement of watching Brock and DC trying to survive that first round stand up from Hunt and Anderson. This will not only provide a greater spectacle but will force wrestlers to bring something else to the table.
