What is your favorite takedown when you have your oponent's back standing ?

One of the most common is tani otoshi:

but if you do it on someone good, he'll probably manage to get at least half guard during the fall or the scramble.

You can also jump on his back, but you might get slammed (like Garcia vs Rodriguez) so I don't really like it.
Of course the suplex or an ura nage type throw is great, but you need enough strength to lift your oponent and it seems a little dangerous to do in training

I want to experiment with the "school boy roll up" too, but I haven't had the occasion yet.

What do you think ?

sag low on his back, hook one knee around the front of his foot (same side) from the outside, drop the other so the shin blocks the back of his leg, continue sagging down, get your hooks in and choke him out.
also you can get a two hand grip on one of his forearms, pop your hips forwardand twist to the side of his trapped arm (bit of a strength move).
tani otoshi is still good.

SUPLEX BABY!!

Or

Stick your leg out behind his and sit down then flip into mount.
