From what I've seen Bas Rutten's Takedown instructional is the best. I was just wondering what other people have liked/disliked about others. When I searched this, I was surprised I didn't find too much. I want my takedown game to be my most solid part of my game, and being out of high school, picking up wrestling isn't easy, although I've learned alot in instructionals and practice. Any suggestions? Btw, I didn't like the Randy Couture one too much. I was actually disappointed in it a bit.

Why not get some Judo instructionals? There should be plenty of good ones out there.

I posted a simular question a day or two ago, check on maybe page 2 or 3 of this forum. Has some good feedback.
