Anyone hear anything about mark schultz takedown instructionals? It seems to cover a whole lot of aspects of takedowns. 50 bux though.

Can anyone reccomend this or another good takedown instructional?

Gholar's set is decent but really only covers a small area of takedowns, namely those from the shoot. I don't recall any takedowns from the clinch though it's been some time since I've last viewed them.

Karo's set is decent for takedowns from the clinch.

I really like Darrell Gholar's DVD. He covers takedowns from the clinch, shoot, and against the cage.

The Van Arsdale and Jackson ones cover everything, Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock have some good DVD's on takedowns as well.

I've seen both and MVA & KJ'S is better... its MUCH more extensive altho gohlars is great.

$200 isnt too much to ask for when everything they teach is equivilant to about 20 hour long private lessons with a world class instructor...

    if youre serious, get it!
