Apparently Cerrone and Yancy Medeiros both declined a fight with Taisumov, who currently is not able to fight in the US because of Visa issues. He's on a 5-fight TKO/KO winstreak right now.

"I want to fight in Australia, they have an event there on February 10. Or March in London. They should be in Germany this year also. They have many events in Europe and Australia. I’ll take any show..... If I had a visa to America, I would fight there every Saturday I think. But now I have to wait because of the visa excuses. And just wait for European shows"


What to do about this? Who is someone that makes sense for Taisumov? Why can't the UFC get fighters to take a fight anymore?

Why do you think that Medeiros was offered a fight with Taisumov? There is nothing like that in article and they are not in the same weight class. Btw I think Helwani posted on twitter that UFC never offered fight with Taisumov to Cerrone.

Usman beat Strickland, Edwards, Moraes and Alves. All tough guys. Yes he's kinda boring but you're fucking stupid if you think he's a can.

The top guys probably don't want to fight someone nobody has ever heard of in a foreign country thats also a very tough fight, i get it. I dont think Mairbek deserves a TOP guy anyway, i think either Vick or Trinaldo would be good fights for him, both ranked but the bottom of the top fifteen.
