Taekwondo Spinning Back Kick Counter

What do you think of this Taekwondo technique? The opponent attacked, and a Taekwondo guy countered him with a nasty spinning heel kick to end the fight.
I know Taekwondo is an uncomplete martial art, but if you learn to punch well, you can be a good fighter. Your thoughts?
I think Taekwondo has the most lethal spinning back kick. Dennis Siver and Cung Le showed it in MMA. Just like Raymond Daniels in kickboxing.
