Tablet Recommendations?

I need a tablet that has touch screen and lets me use Microsoft Word and OneNote. Does anyone have any recommendations?

What kind of budget are you looking at?

I have kids and ended up getting them each a Kindle Fire when Amazon has a sale. 10" for $100. You can bypass the Amazon store and put Google Play store on it and use almost anything that is in there.
