    can aney one give me a run down on how this works/a routine i searched but did not come up with aney thing

    I think a lot of people erroneously apply it to weight training. The studies were done with ice skaters, meaning it is a cardio routine.

    Why would you say something like that? Just because the study was done with Ice Skaters doesn't mean that it doesn't apply to anyone else. Many studies have been done on monkeys where the results were carried over to humans. I'm sure that people applying it to weight training know that it's not meant to be a bodybuilding exercise.

    Tabata is hard. I can hardly do them, let alone at a decent speed.

    I realize that. I was just saying a lot of people try to apply it to things that it wasn't tested on. Good for conditioning!
