he overextends in exchanges thinking hes going to land the big shot where his opponent is throwing heat back on the counter. in the tj fights when they got into these exchanges his punches began looping and missing. when you miss a looping shot like that they go way too far and stay out too long. hes headhunting. hard not to overextend when youre looking for the kill shot.

he also leaves his lead hand low like stipe. idk if its because of their gym or what but jessica eye does it too.

He doesn't overextend much. TJ actually overextends far more then Cody. You just heard Conor say it and are trying to sound like you know what you are talking about. Cody gets fucked when he throws tight hooks in the pocket with his chin in the air. Not overextending

definitely ruined barao's, cody hasn't faced anyone after the 2 TJ fights so we don't know yet.

If he doesn't make big changes, he's going to get eaten alive by the technically sound guys in that division who can follow a gameplan like Moraes and Assuncao. I'd also pick him to get smoked by Lineker because he'd eventually get baited into brawling.

You just parrot what someone else says to try and sound like you have a clue what you are talking about. Cody is probably the worst fighter you could mention for a guy that "overextends". Pretty much every time he gets tagged its in the pocket with him throwing tight fast hooks with his chin in the air. Its clear you have no clue what you are talking about
 
I don’t know about GOAT, but Killashaw is definitely a killer. Loved watching him wipe his ass with necktats twice.
 
TJ definitely ruined Barao. Those are the kinds of beatings that can completely change a fighter's career. And Barao absorbed two within the span of a year. The Cody fights are completely different. Although he was finished both times, those weren't sustained beatings. If anything, I would just worry about the mental side of things for Cody; he doesn't seem like the most stable guy, so losing two fights like that to his arch enemy could be difficult to get past.

Also, read both sentences.
 
TJ might have ruined his own career if this cut goes poorly. If he shows up in poor condition, gets starched and wrecks his body with the cut, things could go south quickly. Bad cuts can fuck you up for awhile and TJs doesn’t look like it’s going great.
