Two quick points:
  1. The Express is effectively the propaganda arm of the UKIP, which is staunchly anti-immigration;
  2. When you click on the author's name (highlighted with a hyperlink at the top of the story), it returns no results, not even the article it is linked to.
Considering these things, and how vague the story is, it can probably be added to the "bullshit" file.

Don't know the veracity of this particular claim but Re. some of these recent Migrant incidents in Europe:
they know Americans are nowhere near as restrained as Western Euros.

Yes, that sucks. Such crime is way beyond the limit of deportation. It doesn't have to do with liberalism though as Sweden does not have liberalist rule (many seem to think that all left politics are liberalism these days).

I agree that would be their plan, but they better stay in those cities. The political climate is much more diverse here in the states than in European countries. One minute they can be in bleeding heart NYC, next, they can be in a red state if they plan to travel.
