At first I was skeptical due to the sources, though it seems the story is true:

This sounds more like some kind of family drama though as no other passengers were hurt in the process, only Syrians.

Also police are saying it is not clear yet the buggy was intentionally kicked.

My guess is they wouldn't dare. Hell, they were relatively docile here in Serbia, and carry permits are an extremely rare thing here. Someone is keeping them informed on where they can act like animals and where it's prudent to keep their cool.
