Synthetic Sleeveless Shirts for Muay Thai

Any brand recommendations? Everything I've found so far (from Thai brands) seems to be in cotton. Or should I go with some running gear like Nike's Dri-Fit?

you might as well go with Nike dry fit. never seen anything other than cotton or polyester

Most boxing vests are synthetic; either polyester or a moisture wicking "technical performance fabric". They're very inexpensive as well as readily available.

I've no specific recommendations as they're all pretty similar to each other.

I'd go to a discount sports store. anything that wicks will do the job (running gear is fine) and I'd go cheap so you can rotate easily with laundry. And feel the material before you buy. Some can be quite abrasive on the skin. It's all synthetic though.
