I had been lifting regularly for 2 years and recently had to take 4 months off. I started back up this last Friday with a chest day, 3 sets of the three angle presses and 3 sets of the 3 angle flys. The next day, I noticed the regular burn in my right pec but my left hurts a bit more and is a bit swollen. I don't have any bruising and still have a full range of motion (hurts like a bitch but I can still move everywhere). Does anyone know what I did and how to correct it? I did a back workout two days later which only seemed to piss my pec off.
