That is literally what should happen every time a government fail to protect its citizens, through negligence, incompetence etc. One thing is holding someone like Merkel, or our naiive and in-denial governments ethically responsible for all the rapes and sexual assaults in Germany and Europe, another thing to take legal action.

Well if they won't deport them they need to fight progressiveness with even more progressivness. Set up safe injection sights and give them free heroin and syringes. so far they have arrested 2 (age 16 and 21).
3 minors under age15 was taken into custody and bought home to their parents -not arrested, but there will be repercussions later.
Several others, all minors, have been identified. The police have said they have a pretty good idea where to find the involved, and apparently they have left plenty of evidence behind.
