surely Nata won't still headline the now will he?. Or will Aldo vs Edgar for the vacant title get bumped up?.

On one hand I would feel really bad for him. He's going to go from a million or 2 down to nothing even close to that if he doesn't headline. but at the same time, i don't think nate vs anyone except GSP would be ufc 200 worthy

Maybe not headlining but he definitely deserves a big fight.

By the way has Nate weighed in since the announcement became official?

Conor haters claimed Nate is a huge draw, so let's see how much does he make without Conor.

Only way I can imagine where Nate would still headline is against GSP

Surely he will

now even more so. they will want to watch him lose. they will put Lawler or GSP in there just like i said a month ago just to see how bad he loses. this was the plan all along.

One again Clonor is so unoriginal.

He is just copying Nick's retiring-at-27-with-a-loss gimmick.
he has copied Nick since the beginning. remember when he fought Anderson and talked about him wanting to compete in 3 weight classes? "you copied my blue print and ran with it" _Kenny Diaz

Let's be honest. Nate wouldn't even be the headliner of a regular PPV if he wasn't fighting Conor.

He was definitely a big part of that 1.5 mil though.

Nicely done. I was about to post "And don't call me Shirley."

But yeah, he might. It's a lot harder sell to keep a non-title fight as the main event now with Connie out, but they'll do what they can.

There are a few legal ramifications if he decides to abandon this retirement, and instead of writing them out I'll just post a link to this good article about it because I'm tired and it's after 2am.

Why do you give a shit about who's a big draw? Is that why you watch the sport? So what if Conor is a bigger draw than Nate? Do you think that Conor trained to outdraw him?

He didn't. He trained to outfight him. And he got choked out.
