As you guys have posted some interesting websites selling quite nicely priced supplements. I've decided to buy some stuff in the US and have a friend bring it to me when he comes to Europe. Now my question is whether purple wraath (controlled labs) + glutamine powder (prolab) would be a good choice for day to day mma training supplementation? The goals would be endurance and strength. I've also decided to buy the green bulge and either go for a 6 weeks cycle with some more intense weight lifting or perhaps try this daily creatine supplementation idea which is supposed to work well in the MA. Any thougths or advice?
