    Hey, what's up. I have a 19 year old brother. He's 6' and weighs around 165lbs.

He trains BJJ around 5 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time and has a hard time putting on weight.

I can't start threads on my other account because I'm carded right now and I had some questions about creatine and glutamine for those who know about legal supplementation.

I've been around for a while and have used everything under the son and I don't want to expose my younger brother to anything illegal or with negative side affects.

Aside from dieting and his lifting routine which I'm working on with him right now, what types of supplements aside from portien would he benefit from?

  2. well, besides portien....

Try a multi and some fish oil and some ZMA.

After lifting for a year or two stack some CEE with some Taurine and maybe some NO supps.

But more important that all of that make sure his diet is good. Diet matters 10x more than any supps.
