Supervisor trying to sabotage me. How do I retaliate

Long story short, my boss is a dick. I've spoken to our head supervisors (his bosses) and they pretty much dug in his ass. But still, he is trying to get me fired. Always nitpicking over small stuff. Always have a complaint. Luckily for me, the people I work for, (I'm a state worker. I'm a custodian), have LITTLE to NO complaints. This dude is just pissed that I'm doing my job better than he is. That and it seems he's trying to pull one of his relatives into my position.

I've kept all emails. Taken pictures of everything from rooms to equipment.

So any other options.

Documentation. Keep doing what you are doing. I have been in your exact situation.
And do nothing you are not asked to do in writing. Do only what you are told in writing, no more, no less.
 
You should piss in all of his Mr. Clean bottles.

My friend is trying to persuade me to join his union. Downside is that I have start as a sub. Can't get too much into it. He's a sub right now who is getting full time this summer. Worst comes to worst, I'll go.

Well did you resolve your situation? Did said person(s) get into trouble?
 
You should have sex with his wife. Or, if he's mad because you're already fucking his wife, stop unless she forces him to get a face tattoo.

That isn't always an option. When it isn't, you can always send your own email as a confirmation of the request, before acting on it.

take it from me as i know, never make it known you hate this guy. fact is that he is in the managerial chain higher than you. any revenge you get make it outside of work and do not let him see it is you. you could sneak up behind him and club him over the head with a brick a few times then maybe go drink a beer or two
 
Hotwire his car and park it in the handicap spot and call the tow truck
