its funny but completed set up. you can tell because he suddenly stops talking to the camera for no reason and then turns around to watch the punch. plus the wall studs that were mentioned above.

Actually, the fat guy in the background bounces off the cage, then the instructor looks to see what's happening.

Regardless, the skinny kid should have seen that punch coming; it called to let him know it was on the way. And whoever built that wall shouldn't quit their day-job, unless their day-job is framing walls.
