who is aygun?

According to Kazuma, one of the best new talents alongside Kryklia. He also tipped Ben Saddik long time before. It seems that it"s a beautiful acquisition of SK. Possible Glory material already. His coach is Peter Aerts.

Did Respect World Series stole all the SK fighters?

I have no faith of it being on Eurosport UK.

Yeah things usually aren't on channels they're not on.

how big is kickboxing in romania?

how big is kickboxing in romania?

Top 6, after football, tennis, boxing, handball and rugby. 6th I think. Right now you can judge through Superkombat and Respect World Series that we are the biggest player on the market with the Netherlands.

We'll see if SK or Respect are sustainable. SK should be done with Eurosport soon enough and then watching either promotion outside of Romania will be really small numbers. Nobody cares for very long if they can't see the fights.

The thing Shadess is that kickboxing is dying. Eurosport will not have anymore combat sports broadcasts. And if you aren"t on a big American television, you"re out. Who else than Glory can have that?

But both SK and RWS will be watchable. DigiSport and Sport.ro (belonging to Pro TV trust) are big TV channels. If you want to watch kickboxing, you can access livestreams. And I guess RWS will also have online, SK is currently watchable on Fight Box for money.

You see that even for Glory with such roster it"s hard to find a real house in North America. If Glory is on ESPN now, I doubt we"ll see anything on other big or decent American channels.

The ratings in Romania are very hood so they"ll keep moving forward. Over than 800k-1.2 million viewers, any SK event. Over 600k any RWS gala. And we talk about homes of course.

The problem comes when you can"t be like UFC, that"s why KB is dying slowly. Imagine what would have been K-1 in Europe without Eurosport.

Europe is in bit weird place tv-wise yeah :(

but you're forgetting China :)

Kunlun got more airtime this year and better streams, same for WLF. Superstar Fight got what seems like a really big tv deal just a while ago.

Next event this week, also live on Eurosport. The retirement of Iftimoaie, world title fight against the champion Jorge Loren.

It's gonna take place on a hill in his hometown. 30k people are expected but I doubt so. Anyway, we can have huge attendance.
