Hey, got a fancy dress party next month with the theme being superheroes.
I am guessing there will be a bunch of spider/bat/supermen and avengers. Wondering if anyone has ideas about something a bit different that looks pretty cool and doesn't involve spandex. Nobody wants to see an unimpressive moose knuckle.

Here's a cool one if you don't want to show your gunt. Maybe paint your face instead of wearing a cumbersome/obscuring mask

Here's another one you don't have much to worry about running into a double of. Dr Strange is still recognized by the upperclass nerds and you will be the shaz by default

Steel armor? It may be on the pricy side for a one off. Unless I just start wearing it out on laundry day.

Naw, you'd have to make it (cardboard) or paint it on yourself (silver/black)

There are tons of characters who wear normal clothing, or at least no spandex.

Punisher is a super cheap outfit. some dark jeans, a skull t-shirt, that they sell at walmart, a toy gun.. finished.
