Too lazy to provide a lot of cliffs but I hadn't seen anything posted so I thought id share.

-It's the second full moon of the calender month (Blue moon)

-Its especially close to earth appearing larger (super moon)

-its gonna be redish because of how light from it hits us (blood moon)

-Last time all three of these occuring was in 1866

We called super Blue Red moon! Too bad my 300mm is already wrecked can't get good shots!
 
It was bright as fuck outside at like 4 am.
 
It was snowing and cloudy here so no super moon for us.
 
I thought it was the 31st. Oh well

The nice thing about the Eclipse is that it was out over the Pacific, and when the sunlight hit it, I got some nice water shimmering effect. I consider these "good enough". I've taken better pictures through my telescopes.

The nice thing about the Eclipse is that it was out over the Pacific, and when the sunlight hit it, I got some nice water shimmering effect. I consider these "good enough". I've taken better pictures through my telescopes.
