Daym, Hakuho is relentless. No wonder he's Yokozuna
Battle of the beefcakes
cool, didnt know you could follow this on YouTube, ill watch this
Endo is a holy beast
Thank you for sharing this.
I trained with an American Sumo athlete back in college. Until you see some of these guys in person, it's really hard to appreciate how freakishly flexible, strong, and agile they are for their size. And they get messed up too. Broken noses, fingers, and torn ACL/Rotator cuffs are the norm. Most Westerners see them as just being large men, but there's alot of technique that goes into it. If you appreciate the grappling arts, Sumo is really cool to watch.
Just a GOAT doin' GOAT stuff
This gets better by the day, ISHIURA THOUGH, ISHIURA DOE, B R U H
Dam I respect what they do but that’s like a combination of a guaranteed early death. I feel bad for the pressure on their organs.
Definitely monsters though . They eat like 20,000 calories after training then sleep.
There was a Sumo thread I got tagged in
I didn't forget and will be making the rounds
Is Hakuho the tallest champion? Seems like he'd have a disadvantageous center of gravity at 6'4.
Luckily manlet Hinomaru wasn't there
I remember the sumo guy on mtv truelife breaking his sternum that is a crazy injury.
Such a weird sport. The whole point is to gorge yourself and to get as fat as possible, while working out. I know about the sumo diet, and it's crazy. Basically starve yourself all day, then each a bunch right before bed.
Eh, if these guys were so good they would be in the NFL!
