Successful fighters with obscure styles..

It's incorporate and don't blame him cause my auto correct guess full retard when ironically I spelled everything right.

Ivorpirates suggests some obscure Russian pirate porn that I've never heard of. Don't make excuses for him. Sherbros need to know.

Wtf is "ivorpirates"? Like...how in the fuck does autocorrect even do that? What kind of weird shit you been searchin, bruh?
Ivorpirates = Ivory Coast Pirates?

Probably those Pirates from the Ivory Coast that incorporate guerilla strategies.

When Igor came with those looping punches ("Russian Hooks", or that nonsense of "Sambo Casting Punches")that landed with any part of the hand, it was pretty unique, at least in the West.

Jon Jones, for someone who never was the master of any style the way he puts unorthodox techniques together is crazy successful. His use of the oblique kick,spinning elbows & hand fighting(eye pokes lol) really opened up a lot of creativity to a lot of younger fighters. At the time before he brought it to the mainstream I bet you could count on one hand the guys who used some of those techniques effectively in MMA.

Are there fighters who did well with an unconventional fighting style?

We have established that the conventional MMA styles are kickboxing wrestling and jujitsu.

I know Stephen uses karate But that's the only one I can think of.
Maia (BJJ)
Machida (Karate)
Askren (Wrestling)

there was also Michel Pereira (Capoeira)... Didn't climb as high, but was fun to watch
