You know Georges went to those karate lessons to learn how to properly time a double leg.

And Stipe went through that golden gloves tourney to test his clinch game.

Stipe has an NCAA DIV I wrestling background and heavily utilizes his wrestling in his fight.

GSP, while he doesn't have a wrestling background, began extensive wrestling training and became predominantly a wrestler after his loss to Matt Serra, and he is one of the best wrestlers in the UFC WW division.

You don't need to bullshit your stats to show that wrestling is generally speaking the best base, the stats without bullshit speak for themselves.

If we make a bunch of the fighters you list as wrestlers (GSP, Stipe, etc) mixed then your chart really just shows that MMA fighters have the highest success rate, followed by wrestling specialists then striking specialists. Which, surprise surprise, MMA dudes fair the best in MMA.

I don’t consider Khabib a wrestler which suggests folk or freestyle and to a lesser degree, Greco.

Khabib is a sambo stylist, with a slightly above average single leg takedown.

But Conor is definitely a striker. That said, since Khabib is no striker he has to be lumped in with wrestlers even though he does sambo which has a weak competition system compared to NCAA or even high school wrestling which has tons of weekend tournaments during the season and is practiced widely.

Didn't Whitaker win a Australian wrestling tournament? His defensive wrestling against Romero was beautiful.

    Amateur wrestling career
Whittaker began competing in amateur freestyle wrestling tournaments in 2015, when he unexpectedly turned up to compete in the Australia Cup in Canberra. He won each of his three bouts.[61] It was also at the 2015 Australia Cup that Whittaker flagged the possibility of potentially representing Australia in Olympic or Commonwealth wrestling competitions.[62] He returned to the wrestling mat in May 2017 and claimed the Australian National Wrestling Championships gold medal in the 97 kg (213 lbs) division.[63] After winning the national championship, Whittaker entered Australia's 2018 Commonwealth Games 97 kg qualifying tournament in November 2017. He would once again claim first place in his division and in doing so qualified to represent Australia in the wrestling at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast,[64][65] the city in which he made his UFC debut. Following his qualification, Whittaker made it clear he would only compete in the Commonwealth Games if the event did not interfere with his UFC commitments.[66] It was confirmed in March 2018 that Whittaker would be one of eight Australians to compete in the Commonwealth Games wrestling competition in April 2018.[67] However, Whittaker was forced to withdraw from the Games less than three weeks from the event in order not to risk being stripped of his UFC championship title, as the UFC was concerned that an injury incurred during the Commonwealth Games would render him unable to compete for the middleweight championship at UFC 225 against Yoel Romero on June 9, 2018.[68][69]

He's also a golden gloves champ with most of his wins by KTFO, that's the definition of a mixed fighter

You said it, he has a karate background, not wrestling, and he uses both his wrestling and striking to score victories wherever he sees fit, as seen in the Jake Shields fight. Again, the definition of a mixed fighter.

You're not giving them enough credit by blanketing them with the wrestler term.
