Anyone know any good DVDs that focus on submission chains? by now I am feeling pretty confident with submissions, and have been coming up with different chains of my own, but it would be nice to have a DVD to lead me in the right direction. Thank you for any help.
Erik Paulson has a DVD on the Shooto Lockflows. I am a big huge fan of those lockflows, but I don't know which of his DVDs they are on unfortunately.
I know some people tend to think that every post about the Grappler's Guide is spam, but to be honest, Jason has a huge section of videos showing combinations (both 2 move and 3 move chains). At last count, I believe it was 90 videos total.
