I'm not really successful with RNC in gi but Kata Ha Jime works well. Usually I try to sink my hand under my opponent's chin and if he resists, I just grab the collar and pull.

Anyway it's not really risky to try a RNC, anyway you won't lose the position.

my favorite is the bump sweep to guillotine to kimura, back to the bump sweep and depending on how quick your hips are you can move into a omoplata but your opponent would have to be getting pretty sloppy to pull that off.

I enjoy this one also. A lot of time instead of the sweep if they are defending it well, I like to take the guillotine grip, attack with the hip bump sweep and as they defend I will pull my hips out and end up on all fours with a front headlock.
