stupid question: why do i not see cauliflower ears on women?

    There's plenty of women in MMA now but i can't remember ever seeing cauliflower ears on women. Is it just something that builds up over time? Do they tend to wear more protection during sparring?

    you do see cauliflower on women although not as much

    In all seriousness, I think because they have generally longer hair that covers their ears, its less noticeable if they get it and in training, it likely acts as a small layer thats creates less friction so the repeated rubbing and grinding on the ears is buffered a little bit
