I watched it again. Seems like the black lady is angry that someone got up and gave a seat to the Asian lady but not to her or her daughters. If the Asian lady wasn't OLD then I can see her point about it possibly being prejudiced.

I'm not poor so I don't ride public transportation but I always thought it was kind of a known rule to give your seat up to the elderly?

Lucky, i used to ride pt in oakland and it was the worst, lots of fights, weirdos and creeps, i still remember some crazy guy started spitting on an old man for no reason and yelling he had to be on drugs

Were there multiple daughters? I only noticed 1. Also it seems both the mom and the daughter do have a seat ?? I find it a bit hard to understand what angry mom is saying, especially in the beginning around 0:12 - anybody wants to do a transcript?

All in all I feel the reaction of the mom was probably not justified.

That being said "Mind your ass and move it!" was a pretty great response to the "mind your language" imo
