Stretching!!!!

    Hi guys!

    Didnt know where to post this, so im going to try here...

    I have a lot of problems with stretching the inner thighs (groin), i feel a lot of pain in my hips (the outside) when i try to do the split or roundhouse kicks.... if anybody knows a good solution, please help me... i have tried everything from good warmups to stretching the outside of my hips and butt.. nothing has helped so far...

    can't really help without seeing what yr doing.
    Get someone who knows what they're doing to have a look at how yr stretching.
    Or wait for someone who knows what they're talking about to reply
    :p

    Do a search for stretching. There was a good thread a few months ago on the topic of dynamic vs. static stretching that could probably help you. That and you can PM Evil Eye Gouger, he knows a lot about stretching.

    Yeah, Evil Eye Gouger is your go-to man on stretching. If you go to advanced search and look for all threads started by HULKAMANIA, you'll find my thread called Stretching for Dummies or something of that nature. EEG lays it down in that thread with multiple links and a nice discussion of how to stretch.
