Hey all, hope you're training hard! Here's a response to a request on stretching for higher kicks. It's a variety of stretches I like to use when I'm warming up to kick.
Higher kicks and head kicks aren't always about flexibility but these are always in my weekly routines. I like to use a lot of movement and dynamic stretching when warm. This gets the synovial fluid moving into your joints and prepares your muscles for kicking.
