I'm looking for some general conditioning tests that are relative to body weight to measure strength and conditioning (or any other ideas)...things like what percentage of your body weight are you supposed to be able to bench 1 time or ten times ? Squat ? How many pushups? What is considred a good time for a mile/km run ?

31 year old guy and have been training hard....I think I'm in pretty good shape but I would like to put myself though some tests to see where my next focus should be and where I need work

There is no long range scale of what you're supposed to be able to lift at what weight. I'll try to help though. I hope to god you can bench, squat, and powerclean your own body weight.

Push ups? If you cant bust out 50 or so of these in a row this is a good place to start. Honestly it's all opinions though and if you're trying to look for a goal to shoot for I'd say bench double your body weight and squat 3 times it. Sound impossible? Get to work.

Supposedly top military recruits can do 63 pushups in 2 minutes, on average. If you can get between 40-50, your upper body strength is where it should be, relative to your body.

Also, try to do as many bodyweight squats as possible until failure (no weight, just the movement). If you can do 40-50, your legs are in good shape for your body as well.

if ur serious then im in some intense shape.

For 1RM on the big 3 lifts try The Sherdog's Strongest Man Thread, should be a good way to gauge your strength to others your size. You can't compete as a white belt though.

Urban has a good thread about 1min PT tests for pushups, situps etc Here
