    Thank you for the comments, guys. I know this article was a little different, but I thought it would be helpful to simplify things.     I really liked your series and the different approach in this last installment: straight to the point, simple to understand yet with a lot of concepts built in and broken down for us.

    Have you some suggestions to assess overall flexibility for a submission grappler?
