Notes: Sweet Jebus!!! Its a super duper PR. Last time I pulled a single I only pulled 350x1, and it sucked. I am psyched. Time to stuff face... Oh, and I skipped all other lifts because of the gigantic PR. On 405 I discovered my lower back is not up to par because I got the bar to just below my knees and, I swear, someone must of sat on it 'cause it stopped. Oh well 395 YIPPEE!!
