Can anyone recommend a workout video that is full-body and about a half hour long? My wife uses P90, but it takes an hour and is not even full body. Between work and kids, I can only spare about a half hour twice a week, so I need to hit the full body both times. I have adjustable dumbells and a bench, and I could get a chinup bar if necessary. I don't have space for a punching bag (I think the PIT videos and Bas Rutten require that, but I'm not positive). Youtube would be fine too (and free), but I haven't found anything there.

What are your goals?

Half an hour twice a week is not enough to build any significant strength or conditioning, especially not 'full body'.

The Bas Rutten All round Workout doesn't need a bag it's bodyweight exercises mixed with shadow boxing.

If that's all the time he's got, it's still beneficial. And going from doing nothing to two 30 min workouts per week, with a good diet, he will still see results.
