Hi, I'm a judo coach and trainer (BJJ, Judo, Wrestling and MMA) in Brazil, I'm 26 and I have a degree in physical education.

I am here to exchange information, plan to shoot my training on fitness and make an exchange of ideas with you.

Use enough training with functional instability for my athletes.

I wonder how you act in relation to physical preparation of athletes from you, and if you have any interesting book that may direct me to read, since the biography of the area is very scarce in Brazil.

Sorry if I wrote something wrong, because I do not speak english very well and I'm using google tranlator.

    Thanks!

    Cool, welcome.

Prepare your crap goggles, they'll come in handy.

It's all in the Strength and Power FAQ. Better than any book.
