Strangest Fights...?

Oh, and the fight where Kerr knocked himself out when going for the takedown back in PRIDE, against Yamamoto.

That was more disheartening more than anything. His return fight and something such as that happens.

Didn't Lindland do the same thing against Vitale?

The squatting stance jones was in at the beginning of the rampage fight was odd and kinda funny

Jimmo KO'ing Perosh in 7 seconds after being captain ambien for his whole career.

You guys know damn well this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfDIgboeSSc is the strangest fight.

What the...

What weight class is this? How did this even get the Round 3? Is he considered a downed opponent at all times?

Can you even celebrate winning against this guy? Will people boo you if you attempt a RNC? And what if you lose?

So many questions...

He wouldn't have been able to do anything really... that's why this is sad.

I agree.

More than that, for me anyway, is the fact that dude couldn't even block his opponent's shots. I'm not trying to be a prick or anything like that, but dude doesn't have hands or even forearms.

Many questions and so few answers. I agree.

Ah Pride 28 had 3 fights in a row stopped under weird circumstances
Dan Bobish vs Mark Hunt
Dan was winning and Hunt barely hit him with an uppercut and he went down ate a few knees and popped back up and when hunt started walking towards Dan he just fell over

Dan Henderson vs kazuhiro nakamura
Nakamura threw dan then ate a few knees and gave up due to a dislocated shoulder that hurt until he left the ring

Cro Cop Vs Josh Barnett
Barnett got a takedown on cro cop was in his guard, got his arm free from Cro Cop and tapped out because his shoulder popped out despite no contact with it

Very odd card

He can't defend himself or generate any sort of offense that would end up with a win in this situation. Even if they let him bite (not trying to be an ass), there's no way he could have won this fight.

Guy Mezger had beaten Sakuraba (who was one of the p4p best fighters in the world at the time) but the officials decided to add an overtime although Mezger had clearly won/thats fucking illegal. Ken Shamrock displayed rage to the Pride officials and escorted Mezger out of the ring (that shit was strange).

Love Sudo, but I think strange is an apt description.
