OK. I want to know what is the best mouthguard out there? I now there are similar threads on this but they beat around the bush. What is th safest guard you can buy? one that reduces shock, protects you but isnt like having a phone book in your mouth. One more thing. I am only 19 so will my mouth grow any more thus meaning i shouldn't go spedning
yea biteme and opro i just bought my opro and i will write a review once i get it. At 19 its doubtful your mouth will grow more but are your wisdom teeth still in? Cause i waited to buy my mouthguard until i got mine out
I have my wisdom teeth at the top. They came through when i was 18. That was a good few months... do you get wisdom teeth at the bottom?
