Hi guys, Has anyone had any success contacting Sotrm customer service in the last month or so? I received a T2 as a gift for Christmas. I wore it last week and after like 2 washes, the thread on the collar has split (I can see the foam). I've emailed them (via website contact us button) and have yet to receive a reply. Anyone had the same issues?
My friend asserts that he bought it straight from Storm. If push comes to shove, I'll ask for a proof of purchase, but as it's a gift, I'm happy with what was given to me and well don't want to know how much they paid for it etc
