Store bought coleslaw...

I tend to follow a high fat/low carb (5 days low carb) approach during the build up to a fight when im shedding some weight. Ive got a bit of a weakness for coleslaw though; its easy when im at work and i cant get enough of the stuff! i wanted to know if the veg oil listed (from the mayo) will be hydrogenated and/or be detrimental to me losing considerable weight. i can eat a 300g tub every couple of days when im eating low carb (about 60-80g per day when im training muay thai)...sorry if this has been covered to death...
 
Most of the store bought slaws do contain what most of us would consider unhealthy oils ... I buy bags of broccoli slaw and add my own dressing, Bragg's vinaigrette which is just apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
