If Conor really did get carried like Canelo and all of the sherdog experts insist, its because Floyd doesn't want to burn bridges with the UFC.

I don't like Stipe think he's the product of good luck and great timing like Bisping but there's not really anyone for him to fight. I love the Reem but I think Stipe proved he's too durable Cain should just retire already Ngannou isn't ready yet.

Anthony Joshua already said he'd be open to an MMA fight "without jiu jitsu" why not against Stipe?

Anthony Joshua isn't going to get the same paydays in mma that he does in boxing

Anthony Joshua hitting you with 4oz gloves, first death in the octagon ladies and gentleman.

No BJJ but Stipe would still take him down and pound his head into the canvas in round 1. Anyone thinking otherwise needs to revisit Toney vs Couture.

An MMA fight with no takedowns allowed? There's a chance Stipe would be able to kick his legs out but I think Joshua is too fast. Stipe wouldn't be able to get away.

Randy Couture wasn't primarily a boxer like Stipe is. Would at least be interesting to see the MMA fighter with a completely uncharacteristic game plan and avoid his own strength.

Dis he stipulate no takedowns? I thought it was no bjj...could be wrong.

In that case it's not even an mma match and they should just do a kickboxing match in Glory or something.

Idk he said no jiu jitsu/submissions maybe takedowns but only one punch on the ground

If there were no death in a Rumble fight then I dont expect from anyone else

Yeah, but he was a division 1 wrestler and he would be retarded to try and trade punches with Joshua imo

Joshua hits way harder than Rumble mate, Rumble has some power but couldn't even KO arlovski at heavyweight, Joshua is a true heavyweight flattening people with padded gloves, and actually knows how to throw a punch with proper technique.

MMA and boxing are different sports and we just saw what did one of the hardest hitting MMA fighter in a ring...I have no doubt in my mind Rumble hits as hard as anybody in this world...

In a real stand up fight Joshua would end his life.

Would be a win for MMA honestly, to show the depth where even someone who normally doesn't try to grapple still has it if he needs it, but also not great if a guy who normally tried to KO everyone just completely avoids striking.

I'm an MMA fan over boxing any day of the week but you've just backed my point, yes Conor did a fine job I'm not questioning that but his power really didn't cross over, and when Rumble fought at heavyweight he couldn't knock a guy out who's floored from a strong breeze in that division, he hits hard for light heavyweight but to compare him to a real boxing heavyweight with scary KO power in boxing gloves is ridiculous.

If he's only interested in kickboxing/Muay Thai then he should fight a guy like Rico. But he won't cause he'll be dead

I say thats two different sports and do you think Joshua can punch Stipe as easy as he does in a ring???This wont be a boxing fight in MMA gloves, this will be a MMA fight without using BJJ,You see what did Toney do in a MMA fight???Couldnt even landed a punch...Plus its ridiculous to underestimate to power of Rumble...thats it take care...

Stipe can fight with unorthodox angles and hurt Joshua early.

Yes James Toney was beat via grappling, the very thing not allowed if that fight ever took place, are you trying to be dumb on purpose?
Rumble hits hard for 205 with 4oz gloves, Joshua has proper punching technique and weighs close to 250lb and knocks guys out cold with 12oz, nice troll though.

He probably meant no grappling tbh not just BJJ.
