I would like to pick overeem because he has all the tools to win, however it's kind of his thing to crumble at any given time on top of that.. They are hw's so it's even worse

Overeem has the power and experience, but Stipe is way more skilled and talented. The difference of skill and talent is too big. Of course overeem always has a chance to hit him with something big and end the fight, but is very unlikely.

How is he more skilled. Reems a k1 grand prix winner, multiple time world champ. His striking is better, his guillotine will put stipe to sleepay

That's misleading. Overeem was a primarily MMA guy who went to K1 and had success, not the other way around.
