chad mendes - ranked #2 or #3 but took the fight on short notice and won first 2 rounds before he gassed
jose aldo - champ (legit win) but in reality not the best guy in FW
Nate diaz - was dominated and lost to guy who wasnt even top 5 LW.
Nate diaz 2 - controversial majority decision win
Eddie alvarez - champ (legit win) but in relaity not the best guy in LW

If we look closely we can say that conor has only two legit wins against champs who are not best in their weight class. (LW its khabib and FW its holloway)

Conor could go up and KO Stipe within the first minute of the fight, and people here would still complain that he didn't earn the HW title shot, or that Stipe was the weakest champ to ever hold the belt, or the UFC is rigged, or post Nate choking Conor gif, etc...
